Always Something!!

I have not forgot about you but I have a very sore typing digit, so I don't want to make it worse trying to post. I don't know what I did but it is like very sore on the side of my index finger on my right hand, next to my nail at the tip. Yikes!! And of course I hit it on everything all of the time. It's been like this all weekend.

And since I have such a Starbux addiction, thought I would add this pic from an M.C. Escher drawing that someone messed with. I am a big Escher fan also and I actually like this. And yes, I am a Gold Card Holder!!

Did they mess with it in photoshop? It's neato, but I can't see it any larger...
I love escher, too. But he knows that...

I hope your finger improves immediately! It's so odd when things we never expect to whack out, go on the fritz. It makes no sense. Why one finger, and not another? If it's a joint thing, why not the elbow? just strange...

Hi Chris, I found the pic on Goggle Images. Guess that is why you can't enlarge it. But I bet if you looked more you could maybe find one that would let you. Starbux, Escher and sketching just go together, plus the caffeine!

This goofy finger is killing me. It is one of those ones ya actually start thinking seriously about needles and what relief they could bring. OUCH!!

Very cool CB!
As for the finger, you might have the beginnings of a hangnail. I get them occasionally. Is it swollen next to the nail?
Take it easy

Hee! I found a larger version of it at: http://blog.tmcnet.com/blog/tom-keating/images/starbucks_escher.jpg It's even cooler close-up!

I hope your finger improves quickly. I sometimes get those weird pains that I can't tell where they came from...they're annoying.

Hi, Sharon. I just read your response here! I hope your finger is better.

When I started out in collage, I was lucky enough to join a swap group. It really helped me to focus and motivate myself. Otherwise, I may never have kept up a regular practice. If you haven't joined an internet art group, maybe that would help you use some of those great supplies you have more quickly!
